Modeling
character and integrity for the next
generation
OUR
PHILOSOPHY
A
commitment to ONLY championships will COST us
the potential of developing excellent young
men. Conversely,
a commitment to the development of excellent
young men gives us the best chance of
producing excellent young men AND success on
the field.
OUR
PURPOSE
Help young men become closer to God and
develop
personal discipline through our baseball
experience.
Assist
young men in being better sons and
students
because of their obedience to God and the
example of
their coaches.
Develop the individual skill level of team
members faster
than they presently experience, doing this
through
personal instruction.
Provide a “team” experience that is an
example of unity
and support that they can remember and imitate
later in
life.
Emphasize a commitment to
all-around excellence and
trust in that process to produce championship
results.
Present these young men back to their families
and the
community with the knowledge and passion to in
turn
serve the next generation.
